台大：享受教育資源不漲學費 不公不義

九十七學年新學期又將到來，教育部預計在本周公布「大學學雜費調整計算公式」，不少頂尖大學早就醞釀調漲。其中台大透露，今年學雜費的平均漲幅約百分之五，台大校長李嗣涔指出，台大學生社經背景多半在水準之上，接受較多的教育資源，卻付出少額的學雜費，這反而是社會上的「不公不義」，他寧願少領點補助，但學費一定要漲。(陳映竹報導)

台大校長李嗣涔透露，台大今年希望學雜費平均調漲百分之五，醫學院甚至會超過百分之八。

對於台灣大學一年領取三十億補助，帶頭漲學雜費，成為外界攻擊的標把，李嗣涔就十分不滿，為何領取補助，就不能調漲？李嗣涔指出，台大去年推出希望助學金，家庭年收入三十萬以下，除了學雜費全免，每個月還可以領一萬元的助學金，但結果只有十多名的學生申請，可見台大的學生家長社經背景都在水準之上；但是私校學生經濟狀況通常比較差，卻要負擔比較高的學費，實在沒有道理，是社會的「不公不義」。他寧願補助少領一點，但是學費一定要漲。

至於，弱勢生的學雜費補助，李嗣涔也呼應全家盟提出的弱勢補助應該由教育部統籌，他建議可以用發放「教育卷」的方式。

個人覺得台大校長是有點得了便宜又賣乖,
理由很簡單,所有在教育部的補助款,大抵上都是從學校的辦學績效來看的,
由於大概可以推估,在補助款分配時,對於辦學績效好的學校的補助一定是相對多的,
那什麼是辦學績效..不外乎是發表的論文數、論文被引用次數、年碩博畢業人數..etc.
用膝蓋想也知道台大在這些指標性的評鑑上一定是數一數二的嘛..
因此在補助款的分配上也一定是相對多的,
不可能會說有給"少"一點的補助....再說,就算台大想領少一點,其他清、交、成..等可不一定願意,
然後台大校長在領到補助之後,才在說..我們寧願少領一點,但是學費一定要漲..這種廢話..
為什麼呢?因為漲學費所得到的效益一定是比領補助款來的多嘛!!
並且這漲一次...一年兩學期都可以得好漲學費的好處,
更進一步的說..明年都還不知道領不領得到補助款,但是今年漲學費..明年是絕不可能降的..
真的想公義.那你台大就連申請都別申請啦...
自己掌握了大部份的教育資源還在說那種矯情的廢話,真是令人看到噁心耶..
